H.E.L.P. (Helmet Emergency Lifesaving Profile) medical and identification stickers. The large emergency information sticker goes on the inside of a helmet and the smaller alert notification sticker goes on the outside of the helmet in the back. These stickers will assist with medical safety and emergency identification information in a crisis situation. Each pack comes in a plastic protective bag, as shown above. Each helmet identification information sticker contains the following information:

• Allergies / Medical Conditions
• Blood Type
• ( 2 ) emergency contact telephone numbers
